Drinks and canapés are served after the ceremony, providing a casual cocktail style of entertainment and time for photos before the reception...
Moving inside to the main reception room, alternative drop starters prepared with fresh, local ingredients will be waiting for you and your guests...
The nourishment evolves to a buffet style main course, followed by desserts and is accompanied by a selection of Tasmanian cheeses, tea & coffee throughout the night...
After dessert, your band or DJ is at the ready and the dance floor is yours...
As the sun sets, the private gardens will be lit with candles, festoon, fairy and flood lights through the trees... Fire pots keep you warm while you enjoy the rest of your special day.

a seasonal "feed me" style menu, crafted with local Tasmanian free-range ingredients wherever possible.
You do not need to choose anything – we will design a menu for you, based on the time of year, what is available and your dietary requirements.
Should there be anything you do or do not want please let us know and we will accommodate as best as possible.
We cater for all dietary requirements – please provide at least 5 days notice to ensure we have tantalising options available for everyone.
